A reasonable working place should have a temperature usually at least 16°C, or 13°C for strenuous work, equipt with local heating or cooling where a comfortable temperature maintained throughout each work room and sufficient space in work rooms.
We meet none.. rooms are overcrowded with a lack of fresh air circulation...insuffienct number of A/C... its hot... terribly hot..
we are all gonna melt away !!!!!!!
ok.. ok.. calm down...... try this meditation technique:
Imagine that you are on an ice block in Alaska where the temp is -30, lying on this block, your swimming costume on.. feel the breezing air biting all your body, circulating in your whole body
how are u feeling now?
Cooler...?? :D

Ne hoş, ey güzel Tanrım, ne hoş
Magillerde sefer etmek!
Bir sahilden çözülüp gitmek
Düşünceler gibi başıboş.
Açsam rüzgara yelkenimi;
Dolaşsam ben de deniz
Ve bir sabah vakti, kimsesiz
Bir limanda bulsam kendimi.
Bir limanda, büyük ve beyaza.
Mercan adalarda bir limana.
Beyaz bulutların ardından
Gelse altın ışıklı bir yaz.
Doldursa içimi orada
Baygın kokusu iğdelerin.
Bilmese tadını kederin
Bu her alemden uzak ada.
Konsa rüya dolu köşkümün
Çiçekli dalına serceler.
Renklerle çözülse geceler,
Nar bahçelerinde geçse gün.
Her gün aheste mavnaların
Görsem açıktan geçişini
Ve her aksam dizilisini
Ufukta mermer adaların.

It seems to me that most of the people never remember the most essential things to do when they have time on their hands:
- Looking out of the window
- Watching the bird sitting on that branch over there
- Wondering why you, the intelligent mammal, is not enjoying the sunshine while a little bird gets to life a free life outside
- Feeling just a little sorry for yourself
- Opening the window wide open
- Feeling the breeze you’ve never even noticed could feel so good before
- Jumping out and joining another life
Why so efficient, career minded and dull?
do whatever you want, but FORGET about your job. be creative. relax and enjoy yourself

Kendi kendine

it is...
Conference room is a place where everybody talks, nobody listens and everybody disagress later on...
why do we have to pretend that we are totally interested in the subject when our presence in the room is only phyical but never mental?

what's the category of your company?
Don’t make the mistake of calling a company global when it’s really just international – or even worse, saying a company is multinational when it’s really transnational! For convenience, it’s common to use the umbrella term international business to describe business activities that extend past the borders of a company’s home country. But international business analysts (like superstar Michael Porter) have a more precise vocabulary to describe varying foreign activities. Here’s a summary list of the important categories:
International companies have no foreign direct investments (FDI) and make their product or service only in their home country. In other words, they’re exporters and importers. They have no staff, warehouses, or sales offices in foreign countries. The best examples of international companies, in the strict sense, are exotic retail shops that sell imported products, or small local manufacturers that export to neighboring countries.
Multinational companies cross the FDI threshold. They invest directly in foreign assets, whether it’s a lease contract on a building to house service operations, a plant on foreign soil, or a foreign marketing campaign. Generally, though. Multinational companies, however, have FDI only in a limited number of countries, and they do not attempt to homogenize their product offering throughout the countries they operate in — they focus much more on being responsive to local preferences than a global company would.
Global companies have investments in dozens of countries but maintain a strong headquarters in one, usually their home country. Their mantra is economies of scale, and they’ll homogenize products as much as the market will allow in order to keep costs low. Their marketing campaigns often span the globe with one message (albeit in different languages) in an attempt to smooth out differences in local tastes and preferences.
Transnational companies are often very complex and extremely difficult to manage. They invest directly in dozens of countries and experience strong pressures both for cost reduction and local responsiveness. These companies may have a global headquarters, but they also distribute decision-making power to various national headquarters, and they have dedicated R&D activities for different national markets.
n the world of eCommerce and virtual business, it becomes more difficult to stick any particular company squarely into a category. At that point, it’s more helpful to categorize a company by its intention or strategic focus, rather than its actual operations.

just to remind..
Happiness is the purpose of life. It is determined more by the state of our mind than by our external conditions, circumstances, or events. Happiness can be achieved through the systematic training of our hearts and minds, through reshaping our attitudes and outlook.
The key to happiness is in our own hands.

Giving Her the Eye
A beauty stood on a balcony high,
Sneezed and lost her blue glass eye.
A young man walking down The Strand
Caught the flashing eye-ball one hand.
Invited up to receive her thanks
He drooled on her features, figure, flanks.
While dining on champagne and chicken
These strangers felt their heart beats quicken,
Gazed into each others eyes, imperfections indiscernible,
Including the eye-ball that proved to be returnable.
Over croissants and coffee in the morning
The young man felt suspicion dawning,
Said, "Would you do this for just any passer-by?"
"Oh no!" she said, "He'd have to catch my eye".

" Babamı gördüm düşümde" diye anlattı,
"Öylesine ağladım, yalvardım da,
Anlamadı, belki de hiç tanımadı."

Ölümlü duyguları anlar mı?"

ı gotto
Listen as my day unfolds
Challenge what the future holds
Trying to keep my head up to the sky
People may cause me tears
Going ahead to release my fears
Stand up to be counted
Don't be ashamed to cry
I gotta be...
I gotta be bad, I gotta be bold, I gotta be wiser
I gotta be hard, I gotta be tough, I gotta be stronger
I gotta be cool, I gotta be calm, I gotta stay together
All I know, all I know love will save the day.
Herald what my mother said
Read the books my father read
Trying to solve the puzzles in my own sweet time
Some may have more cash than me
Others take a different view
Time asks no questions, it goes on without me
Leaving me behind if I can't stand the pace
The world keeps on spinning
Can't stop it, if I tried to
This part is danger staring me in the face
Remembering to listen as my day unfolds
Challenging what the future holds
Trying to keep my head up to the sky
People may cause me tears
Going ahead to release my fears
Got to be bold
Got to be bad
Got to be wise
Do what others say
Got to be hard
Not too too hard
All I know is love will save the day
PS: dont push hard to be strong.. u are what u are (:

..to remember ..
Don't undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others.
It is because we are different that each of us is special.
Don't set goals by what other people deem important,
Only you know what is best for you.
Don't take for granted the things closest to your heart,
Cling to them as you would your life for without them life is meaningless.
Don't let your life slip through your fingers by living in the past or for the future, by living your life one day at a time, you live all the days of your life.
Don't give up when you still have something to give.Nothing is really over until the moment you stop trying.
Don't be afraid to admit that you are less than perfect. It is this fragile thread that binds us to each other.
Don't be afraid to encounter risks. It is by taking chances that we learn how to be brave.
Don't shut love out of your life by saying it's impossible to find.
The quickest way to receive love is to give love,
The fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly,
And the best way to keep love is to give it wings.
Don't dismiss your dreams.
To be without dreams is to be without hope.
To be without hope is to be without purpose.
Don't run through life so fast that you forget not only where you have been,
But also where you are going.
Life is not a race but a journey to be savored
Each step of the way...

Life is a mirror
Yes....
our entire life is a mirror of what is going on in our counsciousness.
It is a reflection of ourselves. Each person, each event may be considered as a tool which can help us to know ourselves better and better.
If we had a mirror which could perfectly reflect all that was inside of us, what would we expect to see?
Would it be a beautiful, magnificent world in the mirror, or would things look pretty much the same as they do right now?
To a large degree, the world around us is a mirror of that which is within us. We see what we look for.
People treat us as we expect to be treated. The things we experience come from the actions we take.
Think of the world as a mirror of, and consider whether or not you like what you see. More importantly, realize that you have the power to change it.
Our world is a part of us. It is an expression of ourselves. With our thoughts and actions, we can make it what we want it to be.
